Integrated sewage treatment equipment is a device that integrates multiple sewage treatment units, with a complex composition structure and functions.

1、 Composition structure of integrated sewage treatment equipment

‌ Preprocessing unit‌ :

‌ Grille pool‌ Intercept large suspended particles in sewage, such as paper, plastic, etc., through a grille to prevent them from entering subsequent treatment units and causing blockages. The grille is divided into coarse grille and fine grille, which are used to remove impurities of different sizes.
‌ Regulating pool‌ Used to balance water quality and quantity, reducing the load impact on subsequent treatment units. At the same time, by adjusting the mixing device in the tank, the oil and floating debris in the sewage can be floated up for subsequent removal.

‌ Biological processing unit‌ :

‌ Primary sedimentation tank‌ By using sedimentation to remove suspended solids and some organic matter from wastewater, the load on subsequent treatment units can be reduced.
‌ Biological reaction pool‌ The core part of integrated sewage treatment equipment utilizes the metabolic action of microorganisms to decompose organic matter in sewage into inorganic matter. Bioreaction tanks usually use technologies such as activated sludge process and biofilm process, and choose the appropriate treatment process according to specific water quality and treatment requirements.
‌ Hypoxia pool and aerobic pool‌ The anoxic tank is used for denitrification and denitrification to improve the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen in sewage; The aerobic tank allows the activated sludge to undergo aerobic respiration, further decomposing organic matter.

‌ Precipitation unit‌ :

‌ Secondary sedimentation tank‌ Mainly used for separating activated sludge and clean water in biological reaction tanks, allowing the clean water to be discharged, while recovering some activated sludge and returning it to the biological reaction tank to maintain the stable operation of the system.

‌ Disinfection unit‌ :

‌ Disinfection pool‌ Using physical or chemical methods to disinfect sewage, such as ultraviolet disinfection, chlorine disinfection, etc., to kill pathogenic microorganisms in sewage and ensure safe effluent.

‌ Sludge treatment unit‌ :

‌ Sludge tank‌ Collect and treat the sludge generated by the integrated sewage treatment equipment during operation, reduce the sludge volume through aerobic digestion and other methods, improve sludge stability, and regularly clean and transport it outside.

‌ Auxiliary equipment‌ :

‌ Fan‌ Used for supplying gas to biological reaction tanks and regulating pre aeration of tanks.
‌ Water pump‌ Used to enhance sewage and enable it to flow smoothly through various treatment units.
‌ Control cabinet‌ Integrate the control system of the equipment to achieve automated operation and monitoring of the equipment.

2、 Integrated sewage treatment equipment treatment process

‌ Wastewater collection and pretreatment‌ The wastewater first enters the grid pool through the drainage pipe, removes large floating and suspended solids, and then enters the regulating pool for balanced regulation of water quality and quantity.
‌ First level processing‌ The pre treated wastewater enters the primary sedimentation tank for preliminary sedimentation, removing some suspended solids and organic matter. Then enter the biological reaction tank for biological treatment, utilizing the metabolic process of microorganisms to decompose organic matter.
‌ Secondary processing‌ After biological treatment, the wastewater enters the secondary sedimentation tank for secondary sedimentation, further removing suspended solids and organic matter. At this point, some of the activated sludge will flow back to the bioreactor to maintain the stable operation of the system.
‌ Disinfection treatment‌ After sedimentation, the clear water enters the disinfection tank for disinfection treatment to kill pathogenic microorganisms and ensure the safety of the effluent.
‌ Sludge treatment and disposal‌ The sludge generated during the operation of the integrated sewage treatment equipment will be collected in the sludge tank for aerobic digestion and other treatments to reduce volume and improve stability. Regularly cleaning the sludge transported outside can be further used for harmless disposal.
